Johwa Hair&Living is looking for a salon assistant manager !
You will be responsible for:
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage for the salon’s needs.
• Co-ordinate and document staff attendance, leaves, and claims to generate and issue monthly payrolls and payslips.
• Onboard new employees by assisting in orientation and training.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies to improve workflow and ensure accountability.
• Support management operations by carrying out clerical tasks, daily housekeeping, and documenting staff concerns to communicate to administration.
• Assist and advise in implementing new software and systems to increase productivity and monitor their integration by communicating with affected departments.
• Support business relations by communicating with business partners in a professional manner.
