Job Responsibilities:
- Lead full spectrum of Project Management including overall design, Construction, Manpower Planning, Testing & Commissioning.
- Advice BIM Team on Designing of Head of Pipeline Operation.
- Budget and Cost Control.
- Ability to demonstrate and implement cost-savings measures.
- Liaise with Clients, consultants, architect, authorities, project teams and subcontractors.
- Assist to prepare progress claims with QS department to main contractor/ clients
- Certify Progress claim to sub-contractors/ suppliers.
- Provide leadership to the project management and construction team.
- Supervise daily site activities.
- Ability to deal effectively with all consultants, construction teams, and relevant authorities.
- Ability to clearly and effectively express ideas, thoughts, and concepts verbally and in written form.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to manage the progress of the project to make sure that the schedule is kept
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
2. Experience in Singapore/ Similar Capacity around 7 years.
3. Licensed Plumber ( But not necessary)
4. Highly motivated and possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
5. 6 Days work Week. 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. 8.30am to 5pm On Saturday.
6. Salary based on Experience in Similar Capacity.
