Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project work plans and review as appropriate requirements.
- Conduct onsite visits and coordinate with construction workers and operations personnel continuously.
- Evaluate projects and recommend reports to identify issues and opportunities to improve performance.
- Identify work issues to be resolved through site surveys
- Convey and supervise contractors and subcontractors.
- Establish and manage relations with independent contractors, and suppliers and negotiate the best possible rates for their products and services.
- Proposed plan and able to identify drawing when there is a mistake.
