Job Responsibilities:
- Overall ICT Management: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle support of all digital technologies, including IT infrastructure, applications, end-user support, and IT security
- Infrastructure Management: Plan, maintain, and enhance IT infrastructure services to ensure optimal system performance and scalability for future growth
- Application Management: Plan, upgrade, and enhance applications to achieve peak business performance and adapt to future complex business demands
- Information Security & Disaster Recovery Management: Identify, detect, and protect the organization’s intellectual property; respond to and restore business operations following system outages to ensure a secure and continuous IT environment
- End-User Support: Collaborate with departments to support daily end-user needs and ensure the reliability of equipment and software
- Process & Data Management: Define, design, and manage processes and data to improve process efficiency and enhance user experience
- Joint Custodian of AHL Digitalisation Strategic Plan (DSP): Collaborate in designing and implementing the DSP, considering process and data management to achieve improved efficiency and data analytics
- Operational Readiness and Availability: Ensure high operational readiness and availability of ICT systems, including infrastructure, devices, applications, services, and processes
- Vendor Service Monitoring: Monitor and review ICT vendor services to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Cybersecurity: Ensure the adequacy and currency of IT system security and cybersecurity measures.
- Helpdesk Support: Serve as the first line of helpdesk support and escalate issues to appropriate vendors as needed
- System Maintenance: Maintain ICT systems, including reviewing and enhancing the DSP, refreshing technology, and ensuring system resilience
- Consultant and Vendor Management: Liaise with and manage consultants, contractors, suppliers, and outsourced vendors
- Disaster Recovery: Provide contingencies for critical ICT systems and services from a disaster recovery perspective
- Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with business rules, workflows, and processes to support effective process and data integration
- System Reliability: Guarantee the availability, reliability, and redundancy of critical ICT systems and services
- Technical Support for Emerging Needs: Offer technical support for emerging business needs and technological advancements
- Licensing Compliance: Track and ensure adherence to proper licensing schemes
- External Representation: Represent the organization in external ICT forums, such as the InGoTPCC Consortium
- DSP Implementation: Co-own, adopt, and implement the Lodge-Wide DSP, keeping it relevant with technological advancements and organizational needs
- Project Management: Plan and execute the DSP in collaboration with project owners, IT consultants, and platform vendors
- Process and Data Management Design: Design systems and processes with a focus on process and data management to achieve efficiency and actionable insights
- Technology Consultation: Provide recommendations on technology and IT solutions to enhance service quality, ensuring value for money from vendors
- Funding Acquisition: Source and secure relevant funding for technology-related projects from entities like NCSS and AIC
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data on costs, consumption, performance, and assets to facilitate trending for management making decisions
- Management Reporting: Retrieve and interpret data for Strategic Planning, Quality Assurance, and Management Reporting
- Facilitate ICT governance audits
- Conduct ICT-related inductions for new staff, ensuring the retrieval of IT assets upon staff departure
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 4 years in leadership role
- Loves all things and science of IT related
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
- Hands on and resourceful
- Keeping abreast of latest cybersecurity risks
- Have good personal ethics, conduct and strong PDPA knowledge
