Responsibilities:
- Studies design, customer requirements, specifications and performance standards for new projects.
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
- Maintains and track project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving and troubleshooting process and problems.
- Follow up and provide timely update and submission on project schedule.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations (Safety aspect).
- Resolve discrepancies, quality and technical issues related to product with customers.
- Maintains product and company reputation by complying with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering disciplines.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / semiconductor environment
- Sound knowledge in SPC, FMEA, DFM, DOE
- Possess strong leadership, positive attitude, analytical and good interpersonal skill.
