Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Automation Engineer who will be instrumental in implementing and managing automation processes using no-code platforms. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of AI who are eager to develop their skills in the AI and automation space without the need for coding expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using no-code tools such as Make and Zapier.
Work closely with process analysts to understand and map business processes for automation.
Test and refine automation systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Provide support and troubleshooting for existing automation setups.
Collaborate with team members to integrate automation solutions across various business functions.
Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in no-code automation technologies.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and assist in training other staff members as needed.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of AI and its applications in business; formal training in AI is a plus but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
No previous coding skills required.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and explore new technologies in the AI and automation domains.
Experience with no-code platforms such as Make and Zapier is advantageous but not mandatory.
