Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal employees and customers on transportation/delivery arrangements;
- Handling of import & export documentation for custom clearance and preparing the necessary documents;
- Liaise and follow-up with airline carriers/ forwarders / carriers for shipment / delivery status; and
- Support any other duties as required in the department.
Requirements
- Minimum SMP/degree and above for EP candidates;
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in shipping/logistics industry;
- Can communicate in both English and Mandarin; and
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel).
