Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development plan to increase revenue and discover new opportunities that align with the company's strategy.
- Collaborate with shareholders to create new sales strategies and marketing plans for existing creative tech educational programs.
- Identify potential growth opportunities and forecast market trends to improve product competitiveness.
- Efficiently allocate resources to meet profit targets while promoting diversity and inclusivity in education.
- Lead initiatives for expanding the business in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region, utilizing an understanding of the region's cultural and educational dynamics.
- Establish and enforce high standards for customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships to accomplish business goals.
Requirements:
- Education: PhD or MBA in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in intercultural communications, with a proven track record of building projects from scratch. An extensive experience of creating innovative educational programs and managing educational projects that drive business growth.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in at least two foreign languages
- Cultural Competence: Demonstrated ability to navigate and understand diverse cultural contexts.
