IKKI IZAKAYA is a modern Japanese izakaya located immediately beside Buona Vista MRT. Our izakaya places emphasis on affordable and absolutely delectable Japanese dishes that keeps our office tenants coming back day after day.
We are looking for a Japanese chef that fits the following criteria :
- at least 3 years in a Japanese cooking environment
- able to hold his own in a fast paced lunch and dinner environment
- able to follow order and recipes to the letter
- able to do up inventory and maximise resources assigned to his station, ie reduce food wastage
- able to be a team player
IKKI IZAKAYA operates on a 5.5 day week. Meals are provided and our proximity (within a minute) to Buona Vista makes our location ideal for West siders
