Position: Project Supervisor / Foreman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Supervisor / Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our project sites, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards. If you have a strong background in waterproofing and site management, along with excellent organizational and communication skills, we encourage you to apply. New / Fresh / No experience will be considered as On-Job-Training (OJT) will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ferrying Workers: Transport workers to and from the work site, ensuring punctuality and safety.
- House Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of houses, identifying any issues or areas that require attention.
- Waterproofing Work: Utilize your experience in waterproofing to oversee and ensure the proper application of waterproofing materials and techniques.
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations at the job site, ensuring work is carried out according to plan and within deadlines.
- Liaison with Main-Contractor / Property Officers: (PO)* Communicate and coordinate with them to ensure compliance with local regulations and resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role in building maintenance / construction industry.
- Strong understanding of waterproofing techniques and materials.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license ( Class 3- Manual )
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with workers, contractors, and Property officers.
- Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards.
