Key Responsibilities:

- Handle scheduling, staff training, and performance evaluations

- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate financial records and report on sales, expenses, and profitability

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a salon or similar environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
