Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in business development.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients and partners to generate new business leads.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through effective communication and networking.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including needs assessment, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Sales Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Responsible for the overall operations and business results of the Mini-Mart.
- Maintain timekeeping and Assign employees to shifts, tasks, and departments.
- Report workplace incidents, such as injuries, equipment malfunctions, and thefts to Management.
- Managing and Resolving Customer Complaints, Resolve disputes between or among employees
- Hire and train new employees
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Accounts,Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
- Knowledge of handling Retail Sales and Purchases of goods for the store
- Knowledge of Indian Groceries and Spices, including network of suppliers
- Experience cash handling like POS cash counter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible for the overall operations and business results of the Mini-Mart.
