HUGGS Collective at i12 Katong (operated by Lifestories) is seeking friendly, energetic, and skilled baristas to join our team! As a part-time barista and café assistant, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional customer service.
We are now directly accessible via the new Marine Parade Stn on the new Thomson East Coast Line.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items
- Maintain a clean and organized café environment
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, as needed
Requirements:
- Min 1 year experience as barista is essential or has recently attended formal Barista training before
- We can consider a 3-4 months contract for in-between career transition workers or gap-year students
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
