Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Tender: price comparison, create budget, prepare tender document, and follow up.
2) General Contract administration, measurement works.
3) Create budget after contract awarded.
4) Prepare Purchase Agreement/Subcontract Agreement / Purchase Order.
5) Prepare weekly Pipeline & Cost Control.
6) Prepare monthly Interim payment Application then submit to Client.
7) Prepare monthly interim payment to suppliers/subcontractors.
8) Assist in warehouse management and.
9) Settlement of final account.
Requirement:
1) Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
2) Minimum 1 years' relevant experience in local building/civil construction projects
3) Familiar with construction remedial works e.g. grouting materials , grouting tools and or structural steel experience, knowledge basic EN Code, BS Code, familiar with LTA/PUB specifications.
4) Strong communications skills, positive attitude, self-motivated, team spirit.
5) Calm, logical, analytical, and sensitive with figures.
6) Able to meet client independently, site visits, follow up job's tenders.
7) Hands-on PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoints.
8) Good command of written English.
9) Structural steel experience especially for civil works is preferred.
10) Less experience but willing to learn construction plant and equipment as well as construction materials is welcomed.
