Working hours: 0630AM – 1630PM,
6 Days work week, 1 day off / week
Job Description
- Carry out daily warehouse tasks, including but not limited to receiving (inbound), picking/packing (outbound), materials handling, and general housekeeping duties.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming goods by inspecting for defects, damages, or missing items.
- Conduct quality and quantity checks on outgoing goods before dispatching them to outlets or customers.
- Manage inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
- Ensure all documentation related to inventory movements is properly maintained.
- Communicate productivity goals to the team and ensure that both current and new staff understand job expectations and requirements.
- Ensure the team complies with Food Safety Management Systems, including HACCP and 5S standards.
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse.
- Ensure the upkeep of equipment and vehicles.
- Assist with deliveries to outlets and customers when necessary.
- Conduct monthly stock takes to reconcile physical goods with system records.
- Coordinate import and export activities, including packing, preparation, and documentation.
- Liaise and coordinate with other departments and customers as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: GCE 'O' or 'A' level / Diploma.
- At least 3 years of warehouse experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to delegate tasks.
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, able to interact with all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, a team player, well-organized, and proactive.
