Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the organization’s goals
· Identify target audiences and tailor messages accordingly
· Evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed
· Write, edit, and proofread press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and other communication materials
· Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and social media posts
· Ensure all content is consistent with the organization’s brand voice and guidelines
· Manage internal communication channels, such as intranet, email newsletters, and staff meetings
· Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
· Plan and execute communication aspects of events, including press conferences, product launches, and company announcements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
