- Overall responsible for the planning and execution of M&E activities during construction project.
- Adhere compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards for M&E systems.
- Liaise with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed M&E plans and specifications.
- Handle the M&E subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Supervise progress and performance of M&E works, identifying any deviations or issues and implementing corrective measures.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- At least 7 years working as a M&E Manager experience in Building Construction/Hospital Building Project.
- Familiar with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to M&E installations.
- Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection.
