Business Operations Lead for VAM product
Contract: 1 year with possible extension
Location: Singapore
Notice: immediately available
Role Description:
- Supports in documentation of Operations process flow for project utilising VAM product knowledge
- Helps in documentation of UAT scenarios and test cases, supports BCAPD in UAT
- Trains and coaches BCAPD on VAM product understanding and use
- Supports post-go live operations process as part of year 1 scope
Primary Skillset (must have):
- Years of Experience: 10-12yrs
- Process/ test cases Documentation.
- Hands-on experience in Virtual Account Mgmt(VAM) Product
- Experience with Oracle VAM (Virtual Account Management) OR other VAM products like TietoEvry VAM, iGTB VAM, Finacle VAM etc. can also be considered.
