Job Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Management:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance and analyse key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement promotional and marketing plans to boost revenue and attract new clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all spa products and services to effectively promote and sell them.
- Sales Training and Development:
- Provide continuous sales training and coaching to enhance staff selling skills and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to motivate and educate the team.
- Ensure staff are well-versed in current promotions, services, and products.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily spa operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
- Manage staff schedules, appointments, and workflow to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure the spa is clean, well-maintained, and adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and evaluate spa staff, ensuring they meet performance and service standards.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective leadership and team-building activities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve staff issues or conflicts promptly and fairly.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage the wellness centre’s budget
- Prepare and present reports to senior management.
- Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Maintain precise records of client treatments, sales, and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Diploma with proficiency in Retail Management and any relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in the wellness industry.
- Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in spa management software and MS Office
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in medical spa setting.
