Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Management – Plan, maintain and enhance IT infrastructure services to achieve IT system performance at the optimum level as well scalable for future expansion
- Project Planning, organisation and Management –Work with project owners to review and design systems and processes with strong consideration for process and system re-engineering, process and data management as part of the project planning and implementation to gain outcome on efficiency and data analytics for insight.
- Application Management – Plan, upgrade and enhance application capability to enable optimum level of business performance as well as to grow future system capability to manage more complex business demand
- Information Security & Disaster recovery management – Identify, Detect & Protect Lodge’s intellectual properties; Respond & Restore Lodge’s business interruption due to system outages so as to provide a secure & uninterrupted IT working platform.
- End-user support – work with departments to support end users daily, ensure reliability of equipment and software.
- Process & Data management – Define, design and facilitate process and data management so as to enable process efficiency, to enhance user experience and enable data analytics for decision-making
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 2 years in leadership role
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, especially in business analytics
- Hands on and resourceful
- Keeping abreast of latest technology and cybersecurity risks
- Have good personal ethics, conduct and strong PDPA knowledge.
