Job Scope:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the nursing home facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of support staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor and manage inventory and supplies, including procurement and budgeting.
- Address and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with other departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Educational Background:
- A-levels or a diploma in a related field (e.g. Facilities Management, Healthcare Administration or Business Management or a similar discipline).
- Relevant certifications such as Risk Management certifications, and BizSAFE certifications would be highly advantageous.
Experience:
- Proven experience in an operations role within a nursing home or a similar healthcare setting, demonstrating effective management and operational oversight.
