Job Description
- Assist Operations Manager in managing daily operations on site, including conducting regular site visits, manpower planning and timely performance reporting for billing purposes.
- Assist Operations Manager in ground incident management and investigations, including conducting After Action Review (AAR) of any ground occurrence.
- Responsible for the onboarding process of new hires. Duties will include conducting induction briefing and quarterly refresher training to Security team.
- Plan and schedule training for staff in alignment with all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Plan and conduct periodic Red-teaming and/or Tabletop exercises to ensure the vigilance of security personnel.
- Co-ordinate with management team and work with clients’ management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities to ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in a similar operational management role, ideally within the security industry and/or previous working experience in local law enforcement agencies such as SPF, MHA, etc.
- A valid security industry licence or accepted certificate of security competence
- Good track record of working in a fast paced and demanding environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, interacting both internally and externally.
- Strong problem solving and incident management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet operational objectives and deadlines.
