This is a 1-year contract to start. But the Project Manager has given me in writing that this is a perm contract. We can talk more about the domain and much more over a call :)
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve defects promptly and effectively
- Act as the primary IT application support contact for business users, ensuring the accurate and efficient delivery of vendor services and adherence to SLAs
- Take charge of critical incidents, managing communication with stakeholders including business users, senior management, and IT teams, and ensure resolution within SLA
- Support systems and projects by managing the change process, assessing impact, developing test scripts, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Coordinate with sub-systems, business units, and IT to ensure successful system integration testing
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing project plans
- Lead the applications support team to enhance user experience and customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely completion of audit reviews and compliance activities with no escalations
- Identify operational risks that could affect contractual obligations and collaborate with stakeholders to address them
- Prepare and deliver monthly operational reports for business users and IT senior management
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of IT experience
- Familiarity with S4Hana, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and Oracle is advantageous
- Highly motivated and proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and strong ownership
- Experience in managing managed services
- Ability to translate business challenges into effective solutions
- Strong skills in stakeholder and vendor management
- Excellent business acumen and negotiation skills with business partners
