About Our Client

Job Description
The candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the firm's financial health and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely allocation of funds, monitor bank accounts, and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, reconcile accounts, and support audits
- Process and reconcile supplier invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments
- Review and process staff and firm expenses, adhering to expense policies
- Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Adhere to Singapore Legal Profession (Solicitor's Accounts) Rules and other relevant regulations
- Work closely with the revenue team, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in a legal or professional services role based in Singapore
- Proficient in Mandarin as you will be required to liaise with stakeholders in Hong Kong
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment
