Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Division
- Coordinates daily operational activities
- Assign job tasks to Technicians
- Close monitoring of jobs and provide necessary updates to clients
- Responds to customers' feedback and inquiries, provide good client support and maintaining a good relationship
- Manage incoming calls, perform telephone screening.
- Attend to guests, customers, vendors, and candidates
- Prepare & process documents for submission to clients/ relevant authorities
- Data entry for service reports etc.
- Ensure timely submission & generating monthly reports
- Performs any other related duties as assigned

- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Requires to be on standby duties one Saturday per month
