Identify Suitable Properties:
Research and find properties and houses that are suitable for rebuilding or can benefit from Additions & Alterations (AA) or reconstruction.
Establish Initial Contact:
Make calls to potential leads to establish a connection and introduce the services offered by CT Smart Home.
Conduct Site Visits:
Conduct initial site visits to meet with potential clients, understand the property’s potential, and build rapport.
Provide On-Site Consultations:
Offer on-site consultations, answering any questions about the property and potential improvements.
Maintain Relationships:
Keep in close contact with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships and explore future opportunities for collaboration.
Support Marketing Initiatives:
Collaborate with the marketing team to support and enhance various marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and engaging homeowners.
Report and Feedback:
Provide regular reports on activities, progress, and results to the management team. Gather feedback from clients to improve services and marketing strategies.
