Responsibilities:
- Assist in accounting duties not limited to AP, AR & GL activities.
- Prepare invoices to clients
- Post invoices into accounting system
- Follow up with clients & consultants on arrears
- User Acceptance Testing for billing module implementation
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum “O” level with Accounting/LCCI equivalent
- Experience with use of accounting software; knowledge on XERO will be an advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Positive & keen learner
- Meticulous and Team Player
