Job Description:
- Reception duties, answering calls, and manage school mails and parcels.
- Perform with administrative tasks like data entry, goods receiving, filing, and printing.
- Attend to customer service enquiries, manage events, supporting teachers.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Minimum 2 years working experience.
- Experience in school environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player who works well with other colleagues.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and another language.

Commitment Period:
01 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (subject to extension)
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 7:00am to 4:00pm
Monday – Friday: 7:00am to 3:30pm
