Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing shipping invoices.
- Generate delivery orders for all deliveries.
- Key in jobs details into the excel worksheets for all incoming items as well update of work in process (WIP) for all delivery activities.
- Arrange daily deliveries and collections with driver.
- Issue warranty stickers for repaired valves and update the warranty record.
- Track and notify the sales department about items that have been repaired.
- Assist in inventory management and accurate tracking and reporting.
- Help driver in carrying heavy items when making deliveries and collection.
- Act as a backup driver.
Requirements
- Computer literate and good with MS Office Application
- Possess valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
- Good communication and coordination skill
- Able to work in warehouse environment
- Able to commit OT as and when needed
