Responsibilities
- On site management and maintenance of properties
- Day to day operation of all matters relating to maintenance/management of Condo’s facilities and operations
- Administration and management of contracts
- Attending to queries from owners and council members
- Liaising with contractors
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Property, Facilities or Estate Management
- Min 3 years of experience in maintaining /managing residential /commercial/ industrial buildings
- Knowledge of Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act
- Possess good interpersonal, supervisory skill and initiative
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Experience in Council Meeting preparation
