Job Description
- Identify business opportunities with customer accounts and close deals
- Develop long term business relationships with customers
- Identify and engage with potential key partners, working closely to build business plans, set objectives, and complete customer mapping
- Ability to conduct partner enablement sessions
- Maintain renewal opportunities, cross-selling and upselling wherever you see potential
- Manage the sales forecast, drive pipeline, and registration / escalation processes for your region
- Facilitate business development activities and assist with the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies
- Promote TeamViewer Enterprise products & strategy through product demos, participation in marketing events, developing brand awareness, and developing co-marketing with partners in collaboration with TeamViewer marketing team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in an account management role with proven experience building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders
- Thorough understanding of various marketing techniques and strategies
- Experience managing channel partners for a SaaS vendor
- Deep understanding of the enterprise application software solution selling
- Motivated to work with leading-edge technologies and applying those to drive business value to partners
- Customer-focused individual, able to manage multiple tasks between clients
- Good at communication and solving complex problems independently with the partners and customers
- Passion for technology and sales-driven
- Business level English proficiency, both verbal and written (other APAC languages are a bonus)

- International travel may be required
