Job Description:
- Troubleshooting and resolve technical issue.
- Perform regular maintenance and testing of equipment to ensure a optimal performance.
- Technical support to Desktop, Local Area Network (LAN\WiFi) and all business applications.
- Provide video and audio-conferencing system support to end users.
- Provide basic hardware/software configuration, fault finding and problem resolution.
Job Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
