Seeking for Paralegal, Up $5K
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Work Location: Novena (United Square)
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM
You will be part of the Legal and Secretariat Department and will report to the Deputy General Counsel / Assistant Company Secretary.
You will work on corporate secretarial matters together with the corporate secretariat function, assist the legal counsels with legal documentation, research and analysis, and provide other support as needed or requested.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in law
- Strong foundation in Singapore company law and SGX listing rules
- Legal and secretariat experience in Singapore listed company will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication skills (proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin will be an advantage)
- Meticulous, organised, proactive, resourceful and able to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office
