- Provide administrative support to project team as assigned
- Assist Project Manager on daily administration work
- Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mails and documents reports
- Ensure maintenance of proper record and filling system
- To prepare related quotations, delivery orders, and invoices
- To liaise and follow up with client's instructions to ensure an efficient workflow for projects
- Assist in preparing correspondence including letters, emails, and memos
- To manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
