Responsibilities
• Primary Focus: Cost Estimation and Project Bidding
• Reviews project plans and specifications to understand the full BMS projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Supplier Coordination: Works with suppliers and subcontractors to get accurate pricing.
• Prepare technical submittals, method statements, compliance statements, and OMM.
• Manage IO point schedules, assignments, and material selection.
• Conduct EHS inspections, risk assessments, and recommend mitigation measures.
Requirements
• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in the HVAC/BAS industry with pre-construction phase.
• Experience with Chiller Systems/Air-conditioning.
• Customer management and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude.
