1. Project Planning and Execution: a. Develop comprehensive project plans for solar energy systems , outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. b. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met for both solar . Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to achieve project goals. 2. Stakeholder Management: a. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure alignment with project requirements for both solar and EV infrastructure projects. b. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing regular project updates. 3. Budget and Resource Management: a. Prepare and manage project budgets for solar, forecasts, and expenditures. b. Procure necessary materials, equipment, and resources to support project activities for both solar and . c. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient resource utilization strategies. 4. Quality Assurance and Compliance: a. Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to industry standards and project specifications for both solar. b. Monitor regulatory compliance and obtain necessary permits and approvals for project implementation. 5. Risk Management: a. Identify project risks for both solar and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts. b. Proactively address issues and challenges to maintain project momentum and achieve successful outcomes.
kills and Competencies
• Excellent communicator who is able to work independently
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
• 3-4 Years of experience in Mainly Solar project management
• Candidate with experience in solar project execution will be in advantage
• Knowledge in energy modelling software (PVsyst), Autocad and construction modelling software
• A team player who is results and customer oriented, independent, creative and passionate about renewables
