Job Description: As an Assistant Accountant, you will support our accounting department with various tasks, including:
- Maintaining company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
- Preparing financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders.
- Identifying discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source, and correcting them.
- Managing payroll activities and releasing salaries.
- Coordinating and managing payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
- Verifying payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinating with the bank.
- Creating daily reports for management and team members.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Accountant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero,Million)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
