· Welcoming and ushering guests to the most appropriate tables.
· Be familiar with the menu, service procedures and current promotions
· Provide assistance to guests concerning general queries at the restaurant
· Assist in the coordination of bookings by promptly responding to email and phone inquiries
· Assist in smartly monitoring the table rotation and guest waiting list
· To handle any guest complaints and inform the immediate Supervisor
· Monitor table turnover to ensure maximum sales
· Record regular customers' data
· To collate guests' feedback and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
