To assist with overall administrative needs of the restaurant, such as but not limited to:
- Inventory and stock take
- HR and Accounts matters
- Data entry
- Ordering of stocks
- Routine reporting to Management
- Other ad hoc tasks such as tenancy matters, license applications, etc.
Requirements
- Background and experience in Accounts and HR is a plus.
- Strong sense of urgency to see that tasks are followed through and executed timely.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure things are filed systematically.
