HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Plan and implement recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract high-quality applicants.
    • Utilize various channels, including social media, employee referrals, networking events and job boards, to identify and engage with potential candidates
    • Act as the first point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
    • Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.
    • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement, particularly through creative media or marketing strategies.
  • Employee Relations
    • Foster a positive and engaging work environment by organizing company events and activities
    • Support employees' well-being by maintaining open communication and addressing work-related queries
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and create hiring plans that align with the company’s media or marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Degree or Diploma in any relevant field

Preferred Skills:

  • Initiative, meticulous, and self-motivated.
  • A creative mindset with interest in media or marketing.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound recommendations.
  • Ability to think outside the box for HR strategies.
