Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Plan and implement recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract high-quality applicants.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, employee referrals, networking events and job boards, to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Act as the first point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement, particularly through creative media or marketing strategies.
- Employee Relations
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment by organizing company events and activities
- Support employees' well-being by maintaining open communication and addressing work-related queries
- Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and create hiring plans that align with the company’s media or marketing initiatives.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written
- Proven work experience as a recruiter is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Degree or Diploma in any relevant field

- A creative mindset with interest in media or marketing.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound recommendations.
