What you will be working on
- Support the management of key SkillsFuture (SSG) programmes, including liaison with training providers to obtain information on training statistics for corporate reporting, programme closure activities, etc
- Coordinate for division’s inputs and generate statistics for corporate reporting
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track, monitor and report programme outcome
- Review and improve knowledge management processes
- Coordinate for system transition activities including internal and external communications to stakeholders, perform data preparation and data cleansing work, and participate in User Acceptance Tests
- Review courses submitted by training providers through the Training Grant System
- Liaise with training providers on course application and course edit matters
- Oversee the management of Customer Relationship Management cases received and to ensure responses are provided within defined deadlines
- Oversee and review the division’s assigned access rights for various systems to ensure user’s permissions are up-to-date
- Develop and disseminate email instructions to training providers
- Prepare procurement documents (e.g. Invitation to Quote, Call for Proposal, Approval of Requirement, etc)
What we are looking for
- Possess at least 3 years of administrative work experience
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint
- Good communication skills and able to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Able to handle and manage data and information effectively
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
- Positive attitude, pleasant disposition, fast learner
- Possess the following qualities: collaborative, adaptable, independent, meticulous, ability to multi-task
