JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage organizational administrative duties such as payroll administration, data administration, HR system, reporting, employee benefits, and leave management.
· Supporting and advising business lines on new hires and terminations, manage full spectrum of employee life cycle as well as initiate and monitor HR processes.
· Partnering with leadership team to develop succession plans and carry out learning and development initiatives and talent management plan.
· Engaging in management and handling employee behavior and improve productivity
· Manage employee survey in response to employee feedback and suggestions and partner with business lines to define action plan and monitor progress.
Lead employee engagement plan and activities and promote agile working.
· Promoting diversity through hiring as equal opportunity employers (EEO).
Responsible for government reporting and monitor government updates management on HR regulations.
Support HR Director as assigned
