Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the generation of revenue and sales goals + monitor the overall commercial strategy of the business.
- Ensure sales targets are met through effective implementation of commercial strategies, and aligning them with the business objectives and goals.
- Outlining key commercial strategies for the business.
- Fulfilling the sales targets and regularly measures Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the same.
- Create enterprise wide sales driven culture by striving towards excellence and client focus.
- Develop strong and coherent bonds with other internal shareholders.
- Create and promoting new leads and with the help of various approaches strengthening prospective accounts.
- Highlight the objectives of sales and motivating the team to fulfill the objectives and meeting the specified targets.
- Foster a culture of customer centricity within the organization and work with CEO/CFO in shaping the right measures for rewarding staff that fulfill these objectives
- Build and nurture a high-achieving team of sales personnel to implement end-to-end sales. This should include tasks related to pitching, outreach, accessing alignment, bargaining, ending deals and execution.
- Ensure acknowledgment and incentives for top performers.
- Create strong after sales procedures to ensure ongoing customer engagement.

- Experience in analyzing the market trends, highlighting new opportunities, and build creative strategies to foster the development of the market and drive revenue growth.
- Devise successful strategies to increase the number of clients for the business and ensuring customer satisfaction across the board.
- Experience in profit generation and analyzing market gaps to identify new and unique market opportunities.
- Must possess strong leadership qualities, including influential abilities. The CCO should be action-focused, results driven and possess analytical skills for examining data and determining reliable conclusions.
- Proficient in making long-term goals to meet the financial targets and analyze the strategies for business development.
- Develop commercial strategies, analyzing them, and implement them for the growth of the business in a fast changing market for data
