An established company in the manufacturing industry, is currently seeking an Accounts Assistant position in basic bookkeeping, clerical and accounting tasks. Duties include building analysis reports and assessing financial reports toward company budgets and company’s financial statements.
Job responsibilities
· Perform various reconciliations transaction (Intercompany, revenue, inventory, etc.)
· Create and update expense reports toward annual budgeting process and ongoing monthly forecasting
· Assist in the preparation of tax filling and quarterly GST reporting
· Maintain spreadsheet, identify discrepancies and resolving them necessary with change in work order
· Collaborate with the finance team to improve procedures and systems
· Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
Job requirements
· Diploma in Accounting or Degree in other discipline
· At least 1 year of relevant work experience
· Knowledge on SAP or other accounting software is an advantage
· Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office and Excel
· Process good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors is a plus
· Attention to detail and aptitude for fact checking skills is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
