Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Selling wide range of services/capabilities including full-service research and fieldwork only services
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and clients.
- Attend client meetings along with research teams and help to scope proposals. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on business development activities and progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex business challenges.
- Experience in Market Research industry is a plus.
- Experience using Salesforce
