Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling paperwork, managing schedules, and coordinating bookings with our drivers. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in the scheduling of bookings and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Prepare and process invoices, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Maintain records of bookings, customer information, and driver schedules.
- Communicate with clients to confirm bookings and address any inquiries.
- Provide general support to the management team as needed.
Requirements:
