Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, configure, and support IT infrastructure for both shore and sea-based assets.
- Address hardware issues and user reports, coordinating solutions with vendors.
- Oversee incident management and ensure timely resolution and delivery with vendors.
- Manage software installations, updates, and troubleshoot issues on servers and company devices.
- Handle connectivity issues for assets and support user requests for software installations.
- Conduct routine hardware and software checks, resolving issues with vendors.
- Manage procurement, repair, disposal, and sale of IT assets.
- Administer company IT policies, documentation, and user guides.
- Stay updated on IT solutions and recommend improvements.
- Support the Systems Manager in assisting users.
- Implement and manage security software across the network and endpoints with vendors.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, monitor systems for threats, and respond to incidents.
- Collaborate with users to ensure policies support operations and data integrity.
- Conduct routine checks for vulnerabilities, security breaches, and ensure data protection, security, and backups across all systems.
- Manage cybersecurity incident response, reporting, and awareness updates, as well as handle cybersecurity audits.
- Oversee IT team members’ work, schedule, and training, and support the CTO in performance appraisals.
- Collaborate with the Data team to enforce data governance and management policies, and work closely with other departments to support daily operations.
Requirements:
- Proficient in managing M365 Business Suite, including Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange, and security tools.
- Experienced in deploying and managing IT devices for both office and offshore locations.
- Skilled in vendor management for user support and IT asset procurement.
- Strong understanding of networking, cloud infrastructure, and device management under MDM.
- Experienced in working with vendors for security solutions and managing Windows and Mac devices.
