Job description:
- Refer clients to company for mortgage needs
- Provide clients with various mortgage options
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes affecting mortgage products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns
