DESCRIPTIONS
- Possess strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Contract/Project Management
- Control projects budgetary by reviewing design, specify, plan, operation and schedule.
- Overseeing and to provide guidance to Operation teams in maintaining quality of work, & ensure adherence to workplace health and safety guidelines
- Execute policies and implement quality control in all projects with the operation teams.
- Attracting and assigning training to new staff in relation to their job scope, responsibilities, and standards
- Client servicing and coordination
- Handle any HR matters.
REQUIREMENTS
• Min of Diploma in relevant field
• Min 3-5 years of relevant project co-ordination with proven track record and work experience in similar industry
• Excellent team player & people management
• Hardworking with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Be energetic, proactive, self-driven and highly motivated in driving the business operation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the employees, customers and regulatory authorities
• Computer literate- Proficient in Microsoft Applications and Email
• Relevant experience will be advantage.
