Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Work with IT team on Cyber Security best practices and measures
- Pre-empt possible IT intrusions and risks
- Prepare IT Status Reports / Documentations and Network Diagrams related to Cybersecurity
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Level 2 onsite support and resolution to technical issues involving network connectivity, network resource access, desktop computers, and Windows servers, including hardware issues
- Deploy and configure desktops and laptops & Servers
- Perform service and maintenance of Desktops/Laptops/Servers/NAS to upkeep their performance
- Support hosting customers on email issues and password resets
- Troubleshoot router/firewall/copiers issues
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Phone/email/remote support via TeamViewer for users
- Travel to different customer sites on a regular basis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in software development, IT infrastructure, testing, or project management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
